Israel
So, I shall be in Israel for the next few months, and unfortunately, I have no computer. I do have a digital camera now (a Canon EOS 5D Mark II), and while I continue to prefer and to shoot a lot of film, it was simply cost and time prohibitive to shoot only film when I have to go without a darkroom for eight months. So, ashamedly, I have joined the digital realm, but I digress. My access to computers will be sporadic at best, so this blog will not be regularly updated, but I will do my best. I am also considering restarting my other blog for non photography related topics, and I am sure that will be easier to manage from an iTampon. Either way, some photos should be on the way soonish.

New York, Summer
I went to New York twice this summer, once to the city and once to visit relatives in Queens, which isn't really part of the city. This summer was mostly shot in black and white, and therefore few examples exist in the digital realm. However, I have a few shots for display.

Florida Photos
I recently went to Boca Raton, Florida for Passover with my family. This amounted to a week and a half of sheer boredom. Florida is a great place if you happen to be 71, but I am 17. I enjoy being active and exploring interesting places to photograph, not talking about the cancerous abscess that is slowly killing me. A lesson to all people with a sense of joie de vivre and youth: do not go to Florida.
Regardless.
I did manage to get a few shots off. Here are all the photos I took, plus a super cool self portrait I took of myself back in LA. It is fabulously multilayered, with the bus in the foreground, then the reflection of the old lady sitting on the bench, then the old folk in the bus, then the reflection of me and my gargantuan film camera, and finally the background across the street.
